Yes. For every new customer, we carry out the mandatory identity and source checks under the Dutch Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act (Wwft). We also give you a 100% registration guarantee: if you cannot register your business because of our address, you get your money back.
On working days, we aim to assess your application within one working day of receiving all the required information and documents. Additional questions or more complex business structures may require longer checks. After successful checks and acceptance, we send you the agreement. The address will only become active after the checks and acceptance have been completed, the agreement has been signed by both parties and payment has been processed. We start handling applications submitted outside working hours on the next working day.
